2009-03-30T17:13:24Z Seeking musicians, designers, illustrators, film makers, vj's, photographers, lighting engineers, writers. - This is a musical project, plus quite a lot more. The Illumination Orchestra is a group (25 or so) of outstanding young musicians that performs large scale concerts. - We perform modern symphonies that I have written with input from members of the orchestra. The orchestra consists of a 20 piece classical section and then an electronic rhythm section with 3 synths, 3 percussionists and guitar and bass. - The Visual side of the show is just as important as the sound. To that extent we have VJ's performing live and an extravagant light show. - The first symphony was performed on February 1st 2009 to an audience of roughly 1000, please see this link for photos.
